1974年10月24日我院抢救1例急性后壁心肌梗塞,伴心性脑缺血综合征,临床死亡长达45分钟,心脏完全停搏10分钟的病例成功。经3年余随访,情况良好,报道如下。朱某,男,57岁,运输工人。上班时突然昏厥跌倒,怀疑外伤于7时40分来院急诊。8时5分突然面色苍白,烦躁不安,四肢抽搐,昏迷,很快呼吸停止。当时检查心音消失,呼吸停止,皮肤厥冷,面呈死灰色,瞳孔散大,对光反应消失,呈临床死亡状态。
