目的掌握青岛市狂犬病暴露处置门诊人力资源现状,并为人力资源建设提供科学依据。方法将调查表发给各狂犬病暴露处置门诊,填好后收回,对有关情况进行分析、描述。结果全市目前共设置狂犬病暴露处置门诊127个,有工作人员738人。其中,3人以上门诊占总数的88.19%。男女之比为1∶1.02,30~39岁占51.76%,本科与研究生学历占36.59%,高、中、初级职称分别占2.71%、37.94%和58.81%。市、区(县)和乡(镇)级医院狂犬病暴露处置门诊中,本科与研究生学历分别占其总数的53.01%、46.43%和29.41%,高级职称分别占10.84%、4.59%和0.44%。结论该市部分狂犬病暴露处置门诊人员数量不足,乡(镇)医院门诊高学历、高职称人员缺乏,人力资源建设需进一步加强。
Objective To grasp the status quo of outpatient human resources for rabies exposure in Qingdao and to provide a scientific basis for the construction of human resources. Methods The questionnaire was sent to all rabies exposure treatment clinics, filled and recovered, the situation analysis, description. Results A total of 127 outpatients were set up for rabies exposure in the whole city, with 738 staff members. Among them, more than 3 outpatient clinics accounted for 88.19% of the total. The ratio of male to female is 1: 1.02, the age of 30 to 39 is 51.76%, the undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications are 36.59%, and the senior, intermediate and junior titles occupy 2.71%, 37.94% and 58.81% respectively. Undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications accounted for 53.01%, 46.43% and 29.41% of the total, respectively. The senior professional titles accounted for 10.84%, 4.59% and 0.44% respectively. Conclusion The number of outpatients exposed to treatment for rabies in part of the city is not enough, and the highly educated and highly-qualified staff in out-patient clinics in township (town) hospitals are lacking and the construction of human resources needs to be further strengthened.
