汉民族与少数民族双语文教学的实施是中华人民共和国成立后党的民族教育政策的具体落实。笔者全方位地参与观察21世纪初在贵州省榕江县栽麻乡宰荡行政村加所小学实施的侗汉双语文教学过程,并透过深度访谈宰荡行政村不同年龄、不同文化层次、不同性别的村民和加所小学部分师生发现:侗汉双语文教学的实施是提升侗民族综合素质最有效途径之一。
The Implementation of Bilingual Education for Han Nationality and Minority Nationalities is the Concrete Implementation of Ethnic Education Policy of the Party after the Foundation of People ’s Republic of China. The author participates in all aspects of observing the teaching process of Dong-Han bilingual language at the beginning of the 21st century in Zaishu Township, Zengma Township, Rongjiang County, Guizhou Province. By means of in-depth interviews with people of different ages and cultures in Zaidang Administrative Village, Some villagers of different genders and some primary and secondary school teachers and students found that the implementation of bilingual education in Dong-Han region is one of the most effective ways to enhance the overall quality of the Dong nationality.
