“文化中心城市之国际比较研究”原本是2011年北京市人大常委会“推进全国文化中心建设”专题调研中的子课题之一。之所以要在整个专题调研中设立这样一个子课题,是考虑到北京在全国文化中心建设的进程中,需要了解其他国家文化中心城市建设的情况,以便增长我们的见识,开拓我们的眼界;需要借鉴其他国家文化中心城市建设的经验,以便把握一些共同的规律, “International Comparative Study of Cultural Center Cities” was originally one of the sub-topics in the special investigation of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee in 2011 and “Promoting the Construction of National Cultural Center.” The reason why it is necessary to set up such a sub-topic in the entire special investigation is to take into account that in the process of building Beijing’s national cultural center, Beijing needs to know the situation of other cities in the cultural center so as to increase our knowledge and broaden our horizons.
