随着国有企业改革改制步伐的逐步加快,本企业内工会干部数量逐步递减;同时,企业工会职能的日益转变,也必然要求工会干部精干、高效,成为复合型人才。女职工干部作为企业工会组织中的重要力量,也必须适应新变化和新要求,向一专多能、一人多岗的方向转变,分担更多的角色任务,在实践的锻炼中,逐步成为维护女职工利益的行家、协调劳动关系的专家。
