随着科技的发展和进步,国际间的科技合作越来越广泛和深入。云南高校可以借助国家“一带一路”战略的有利政策优势,加强与东南亚企业的合作与交流。双方合作受外部环境、市场环境和内部环境等因素的制约和影响,通过信度效度分析、主成分分析和因子分析方法,识别出双方合作的关键影响因素。双方开展合作需充分考虑到这些因素,从而使合作更适应高校国际化发展的需要,更好地为地方经济社会发展服务。
With the development and progress of science and technology, the international scientific and technological cooperation has become more and more widespread and in-depth. Yunnan colleges and universities can take advantage of the favorable policy advantages of the national “Belt and Road” strategy to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with enterprises in Southeast Asia. The cooperation between the two parties is restricted and influenced by factors such as external environment, market environment and internal environment. Through the methods of reliability and validity analysis, principal component analysis and factor analysis, the key influencing factors of the cooperation between both parties are identified. Both parties need to fully consider these factors in their cooperation so that cooperation can better meet the needs of the internationalization of higher education institutions and serve the local economic and social development better.
