图1、图2为某发动机涡轮泵的两种波纹膜片。膜片材料为1Cr18Ni9Ti,料厚原为0.2毫米,后改为0.15毫米。两种膜片型面复杂,形状相反。使用时将两种膜片各数片在内外边缘处彼此焊接而成弹性密封元件。因膜片材料较薄,焊接性能不好,为保证焊接质量,对膜片的内外圆尺寸精度提出较高要求,内孔尺寸为φ26_(0.05)~(0.02)毫米,外圆尺寸为φ42±0.03毫米。如果是单纯的平板冲切,达到这样的尺寸精度还是不困难的。而这两种膜片既要成形较
