目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立参芪王浆养血口服液的指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供参考依据。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax-SB C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈-水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为203nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:建立参芪王浆养血口服液的HPLC指纹图谱,以13个共有峰作为参照峰;采用指纹图谱评价软件计算,相似度均≥0.85。结论:采用该法可为控制参芪王浆养血口服液的内在质量提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the fingerprint of Shenqi Wangji Yangxue Oral Liquid by HPLC and to provide a reference for its quality control. Methods: Agilent Zorbax-SB C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water. The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results: The HPLC fingerprints of Shenqi Wangji Yangxue Oral Liquid was established. The 13 common peaks were taken as the reference peaks. The fingerprints were evaluated by fingerprint software and the similarities were all ≥0.85. Conclusion: The method can provide the basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of Shenqi Wangzhi Yangxue oral liquid.
