由于卫星星体结构热变形以及机械振动的影响,高精度载荷指向相对于精度基准会发生小角度的相对转动。在此背景下,本文提出了基于激光位置敏感器(PSD)技术的载荷指向角度测量方法,并研制了测量系统原理样机。该方法使用了有夹角双光束,并且是双光源、双反射镜、双传感器,可以使得测量装置结构紧凑、体积小、质量轻,布局位置灵活。样机实验结果表明,测量装置能够适用于卫星应用,满足载荷指向的转角测量需求。
Due to the thermal deformation of satellite celestial bodies and the influence of mechanical vibration, the relative rotation of high-precision load point relative to the accuracy reference occurs at a small angle. In this context, this paper presents a method of measuring the load-point angle based on the laser position sensor (PSD) technique and develops a prototype of the measurement system. The method uses an angle double beam, and is a dual light source, dual reflector, dual sensor, which can make the measuring device compact, small in size, light in weight and flexible in layout position. The prototype experimental results show that the measuring device can be applied to satellite applications to meet the needs of load angle measurement.
