Structural subsidence curves are built on the base of the inversion of tectonic subsidence history. Four models are proposed for establishing such curves: the stratum compaction correction model, the estimation model of denudation amount, the uncompensated model of sedimentation, and the inversion model of tectonic subsidence. These curves have three types: craton basin, rifting basin and shearing basin. The Huanghua basin is analyzed by using these curves.
