本文报告了大学英语“阅读策略教学”的教改实验,并以阅读测试和调查问卷为工具,运用定量的研究方法分析了阅读策略教学对于学生阅读理解水平提高的影响。研究结果显示大学英语“阅读策略教学”对于提高学生的阅读理解准确性和阅读速度都产生积极影响,有助于提高学生的英语阅读理解水平。问卷显示学生普遍对“阅读策略教学”的有用性持肯定态度,对这种教学模式认同和接受。说明这类教学可用于大学英语课堂教学实践。
This paper reports on the teaching reform of college English reading strategy teaching. Using reading tests and survey questionnaires as tools, the paper uses quantitative research methods to analyze the impact of reading strategy teaching on students’ reading comprehension. The results of the study show that college English “reading strategy teaching” has a positive impact on improving students’ reading comprehension accuracy and reading speed, and it helps to improve students’ level of English reading comprehension. The questionnaire shows that students generally have a positive attitude toward the usefulness of “reading strategy teaching” and they agree with this type of teaching model. This kind of teaching can be used in college English classroom teaching practice.
