传统武术作为中国养生体育的代表,几千年来在“天人合一”哲学思想观念的统摄下,形成了一套极具民族文化特色的养生健身方法与体系。文章运用文献检索、交叉学科、归纳总结、对比分析等研究方法,以现代运动医学为研究参照,系统地分析了传统武术养生的文化特质。研究认为:传统武术丰富了运动医学对“运动”的解释;补充了运动医学思维上的片面性;其在养生的思想观念、思维模式、价值判断等方面对现代运动医学都有着积极的借鉴作用和现实意义。结论指出:东方与西方、传统与现代两种不同的养生方式与方法应该相互借鉴、彼此融合,以更好地为现代的人类健康事业服务。
Traditional martial arts as the representative of Chinese health sports, thousands of years in the “harmony between man and nature ” philosophical ideas and concepts under the control of the formation of a set of very national culture and health fitness methods and systems. By using the methods of literature search, interdisciplinary studies, induction and comparison, comparative analysis and other research methods, this paper systematically analyzes the cultural characteristics of traditional Wushu regimen by taking modern sports medicine as reference. The research shows that: traditional martial arts enriches the interpretation of “exercise” by sports medicine; complements the one-sidedness of sports medicine thinking; and it has positive reference to modern sports medicine in terms of regimen ideas, thinking modes and value judgments Function and practical significance. The conclusion points out that the eastern and western countries, the traditional and the modern, should learn from each other and integrate with each other so as to better serve the modern cause of human health.
