开展“创建学习型组织,争做知识型职工”活动,有利于全方位地提高职员的职业素质和专业能力。同时在实际的工作中企业要把改革创新作为发展的动力和源泉,将提高职工的职业素质作为企业建设的重点,进一步培养职工的学习能力和实践能力。企业单位要注重提供一个尊重知识和人才、尊重劳动和创新的工作环境,形成一个浓厚的学习氛围和工作机制。佛山供电局作为一个成功的案例,其在促进人才队伍建设方面发挥了关键的作用,尤其是在组建各类学习型组织,为职工提供了各种学习和培训机会[1]。佛山供电局在人才建设和实务创新方面的举措为我国的其他单位组织的改革提供了一定的借鉴意义和指导意义。
