为了探明乌头茎叶和块根挥发性化学成分的组成,采用水蒸气蒸馏法、气相色谱-质谱联用技术和峰面积归一法对乌头茎叶和块根挥发性化学成分进行提取和分析研究。结果表明:从乌头茎叶和块根中分别分离并鉴定出37种和32种挥发性成分,分别占总挥发油的75.82%和43.31%;其中,主要含植醇、异植醇和香叶基丙酮等萜类及其衍生物;此外,亚油酸等脂肪酸及其酯类衍生物含量也比较丰富。
In order to find out the chemical composition of volatile components in the stems and leaves of Aconitum, the chemical constituents of the stems and leaves of the stems were extracted and analyzed by steam distillation, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and peak area normalization the study.
