幼儿教育是事关我国科技进步、经济发展、绿色崛起的伟大事业,是培养祖国先进建设者的摇篮,是助力我国经济腾飞的新生力量。幼儿艺术教育是促进儿童人格的全面和谐发展的关键,同时也是我国培养现代化健全人格人才的重要途径,更是实现民族振兴的重要保障。随着现代社会的迅猛发展,原有的艺术教学中幼儿园艺术教师教学活动已经与时代不相匹配,无法符合当代幼儿全面健康成长的需求。同时,在实际中幼儿园艺术教学中教师教学行为也普遍存在一些问题。因此研究幼儿园艺术教学中教师教学行为现状及有效教学策略研究具有十分重要的现实意义。
Early childhood education is a great undertaking that relates to China’s scientific and technological progress, economic development and green rise. It is also the cradle of training advanced builders of the motherland and a new force that helps our economy to take off. Children’s art education is the key to promoting the all-round and harmonious development of children’s personality. It is also an important way for our country to cultivate modern and perfect personality talents. It is also an important guarantee for rejuvenating the nation. With the rapid development of modern society, the teaching activities of kindergarten art teachers in the original art teaching have not matched with the times and can not meet the needs of all-round healthy growth of today’s children. In the meantime, there are some common problems in the teaching of teachers in kindergarten art teaching. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the current situation of teachers’ teaching behavior and effective teaching strategies in kindergarten art teaching.
