研究了纳米银–环氧树脂复合电介质的介电特性,讨论了银粒子的大小和添加量对复合材料介电常数和介质损耗因数的影响,并分析了复合材料的介电温谱。结果表明,复合材料的介电常数和介质损耗因数比纯环氧树脂有所降低;复合材料在损耗温谱中比纯环氧树脂多出一个高温峰,且高温峰的松弛活化能与纳米银粒子在介质中形成的库仑阻塞势垒有较好对应,实验结果表明了在一定尺寸和分布的纳米金属粒子与聚合物形成的复合介质中存在着库仑阻塞效应限制电荷运动的现象。
The dielectric properties of nano-silver-epoxy composite dielectrics were investigated. The influence of silver particle size and additive amount on the dielectric constant and dielectric dissipation factor of the composites was discussed. The dielectric temperature spectrum of the composites was also analyzed. The results show that the dielectric constant and dielectric dissipation factor of the composites are lower than that of the pure epoxy resin. The composites show a higher temperature peak in the loss temperature spectrum than the pure epoxy resin, and the relaxation activation energy of the high temperature peak agrees with that of the nanosilver The Coulomb barrier barrier formed by the particles in the medium has a good correspondence. The experimental results show that there is a Coulomb blocking effect in the composite medium formed by a certain size and distribution of the nano-metal particles and the polymer to limit the movement of the charges.
