为探究收割机切割器运动对甘蔗收割质量的影响,提高切割器的切割质量,研究了甘蔗收割机双圆盘切割器的运动学规律,推算出描述该运动规律的计算公式。通过公式计算,得出最佳参数匹配,利用pro/E建立甘蔗切割器三维实体模型,在Adams中进行运动学仿真,对刀刃上单点运动进行分析,得出了刀刃单点的位移、轨迹的运动规律图。结果表明,在不同前进速度、不同刀片数目的情况下,随着公式系数P的增加,甘蔗被重复切割次数会增加,通过合理选取系数,可以算出准确的刀盘转速以达到特定的切割效果。当系数P取1或2时,能够控制甘蔗被一刀或两刀切断,是比较理想的切割效果。
In order to explore the influence of harvester cutter movement on sugarcane harvesting quality and improve the cutting quality of cutter, the kinematic law of double disc cutter of sugarcane harvester was studied and the formula to describe the movement rule was deduced.
