It is understood that the problems encountered by Comrade Chu Kong-fu is a relatively common one. In order to meet the demands of Chu Kong-fu and the comrades concerned, this special session invited China’s clerical and enterpriser, director of China Association of Higher Education Secretaries, and Zheng Chongtian, editor in chief of the General Office of Jilin Provincial People’s Congress, to return a letter to Comrade Chu Kong-fu for his publication, Friend reference. According to everybody’s request, we will continue this new section and try our best to exchange information, disseminate knowledge, raise awareness and promote work.
