为了~(89)Y(α,2n)~(91)Nb核反应研究,我们采用10μm厚的铝箔作脱膜质,以浓的NaOH水溶液作腐蚀剂,用真空蒸发的方法成功地制备了较大面积的(φ17mm)、厚度在1mg/cm~2左右的无衬底Y靶。 将清洁处理好的10μm厚的铝箔置于如图1所示的真空室支架上。铝箔要放平,并在它的边上用铜块压住,以防受热起皱。蒸发器用0.08mm厚的钽片制成,其形状如图2所示(80×7×0.08mm)。支架上的铝箔到钽坩埚的距离为7cm。为了使制成的靶子更加均匀起见,我们采用了两只钽坩埚的平行装法。每只钽坩埚的装钇量为0.18g。
In order to study the reaction of ~ (89) Y (α, 2n) ~ (91) Nb nucleus, a 10μm thick aluminum foil was used as a stripping agent. A concentrated NaOH solution was used as an etchant to prepare a large area (Φ17 mm) and a substrateless Y target having a thickness of about 1 mg / cm 2. The cleaned 10 μm-thick aluminum foil was placed on a vacuum chamber holder as shown in FIG. 1. Aluminum foil should be flat, and in its side with copper block pressed to prevent hot wrinkles. The evaporator was made of 0.08 mm thick piece of tantalum, the shape of which is shown in Figure 2 (80 x 7 x 0.08 mm). Aluminum foil on the bracket to tantalum crucible distance of 7cm. In order to make the target made more uniform, we used two tantalum crucible parallel method. The amount of yttrium charged per tantalum crucible is 0.18 g.
