控制参数选择得是否合适是非常重要的,这些控制参数对遗传算法的影响是非常大的。这些参数主要包括:交叉概率(pc)、变异概率(pm)以及种群的大小等。本文首先简要介绍了遗传算法的工作机理,然后从理认上分析了控制参数对遗传算法运算的影响。最后通过软件仿真,验证了不同参数的选择对遗传算法运算结果的影响,并根据仿真结果对实际使用遗传算法时的控制参数选择提出了一定的选择范围,这在实际工程应用中有一定的实用价值。
It is very important that the control parameters are chosen properly. The influence of these control parameters on the genetic algorithm is very large. These parameters include: cross probability (pc), mutation probability (pm) and the size of the population. This paper first briefly introduces the working principle of genetic algorithm, and then from the rational analysis of the control parameters on the impact of genetic algorithms. Finally, through the software simulation, the influence of different parameter selection on the result of genetic algorithm is verified. According to the result of simulation, the choice of control parameter in the actual use of genetic algorithm is proposed. This is of some practical application in practical engineering value.
