The machineries for the lumping of Barkarganov Norwich foundry and machining plant have been used since 1953 to clean up the scallop of the axle of the car. (The designers are Guzminki, Volenkantov and Vorobyov). The machine also cleans any kind of long round cross section forgings and tubes. The working part of the machine is a hammering shaft 1 (see picture) with special poles staggered over the entire length between the bearings 2 and equipped with 150 small hammers 3 weighing 0.15 kg.
