自《劳动合同法》颁布实施以来,广大民办高校自觉贯彻落实各项用工法律要求,尽量避免了用工法律纠纷。但随着劳动者法律意识的提高,各类劳动纠纷经常出现,需要引起各民办高校的重视。本文通过对这些常见劳动纠纷的分析,将为广大民办高校更好地合法依规用工提出有益建议。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the Labor Contract Law, the vast number of privately-run colleges and universities have conscientiously implemented all labor law requirements and avoided labor disputes as much as possible. However, with the improvement of legal awareness of workers, various types of labor disputes often appear, which need to attract the attention of all non-governmental colleges and universities. Through the analysis of these common labor disputes, this article will make useful suggestions for the general public colleges and universities to make their legal and legal employment better.
