目的研究老年动物窦房结在超微结构水平的增龄变化规律,探讨老年人心律紊乱好发的原因。方法在电镜下对2月龄和22月龄两组各6只Wistar大鼠窦房结进行了详细对比观察。结果(1)起搏细胞(Pacemakingcells,PC)和移行细胞(Tmeitionalcells,TC)变稀疏,形态发生改变,各亚细胞结构呈现明显的老龄变化,线粒体排列紊乱,特殊分泌颗粒减少,次级溶酶体增多,并出现脂褐素(Lipofuscin)和髓磷体(Mylinefigures);(2)首次观察到并提出原始起搏细胞(Primppacemakingcell,PPC)或于细胞(Stemcell)存在及其分化潜能;(3)对窦房结的其他成分(包括神经纤维、毛细血管、细胞间质)的增龄变化作了记述。结论窦房结超微结构水平增龄变化非常显著,其中有些改变可能与老年人好发的心传导系功能障碍、心律紊乱有关。
Objective To study the aging changes of sinoatrial node in aged animals at the ultrastructure level and to explore the causes of heart rhythm disturbance in the elderly. Methods The ultrastructure of sinoatrial node in 6 Wistar rats of 2 month old and 22 month old were observed under electron microscope. Results (1) Pacetic cells (PC) and transitional cell (TC) became sparse and morphologically changed. The subcellular structures showed obvious aging changes, disordered mitochondria, decreased specific secretory granules, (2) first observed and proposed the existence and differentiation potential of Primppacemakingcell (PPC) or Stemcell; (3) ) Describes the aging changes of other components of the sinoatrial node (including nerve fibers, capillaries, and interstitial cells). Conclusion The changes of ultrastructure of sinoatrial node in aged patients are very significant. Some of them may be related to dysfunction of cardiac conduction system and arrhythmia in the elderly.
