我国在过去六年中,由于党和毛主席的英明领导,各方面都获得了伟大的胜利,今年又正式公布了发展国民经济的第一个伟大的五年计划。在这个计划中,人民的卫生事业,将有很大的发展,我们医务工作者感到异常兴奋,同时也感到责任的重大。大家都知道,在医药卫生工作中,护理工作又是较弱的一环。要完成五年计划中的卫生工作,我们护理工作者必须急起直追,纠正目前工作所存在的缺点,努力做好以下各项工作:一、加强政治学习,肃清资产阶级思想。我们有很多护理工作者是由旧社会来的,我们受到帝国主义和封建社会的影响较深,残余的资产阶级毒素也较多。有的个别护理工作人员在工作中不能把个人和集体利益联系起来,因此不安心于本职工作,
In the past six years, thanks to the wise leadership of the Party and Chairman Mao, China has won great victories in all aspects. Many of our nursing workers come from old societies. We are deeply influenced by imperialism and feudal society, and there are more toxins of the remaining bourgeoisie. Some individual nursing staff members cannot associate personal and collective interests in their work and therefore are not at ease with their own work.
