搞好内部管理工作,进一步提高管理水平,不仅是创建等级站的需要,而且也是保证全站做好其他各项工作的基础。事实证明:管理出效率,管理出质量。因此搞好内部管理工作意义重大。 防疫站内部管理工作包括对全站职工的政治和业务学习、遵守劳动纪律、团结协作精神、遵守职业道德规范、开展文明服务,以及履行岗位职责、完成工作任务的数量和质量,等等,但其实质是对职工思想和行为的管理。由于人的思想支配行为,所以正确分析并掌握职工的思想,是搞好内部管理工作的前提。只有正确分析并掌握职工的思想,进而以党的十五大精神力指导,打破旧的思维定式,深化改革,研究、运用与新时期相适应的管理方法、管理手段,才能使防疫站内部管理工作大见成效,实现上述管理的目的。
