目的:建立HPLC法测定柴丹疏利胶囊中丹参素含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,使用Agilent HC-C18 Analytical(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶冰醋酸∶水(4∶1∶95)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长281nm。结果:丹参素在11.3~226μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其线性方程为y=13 010x+10 419(r=0.999 9)。丹参素的平均回收率为99.40%,RSD=0.30%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Chaidanling capsule. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol: glacial acetic acid: water (4:1:95) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with an Agilent HC-C18 Analytical (5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm) min, detection wavelength 281nm. Results: Danshensu showed a good linearity in the range of 11.3 ~ 226μg / mL with a linear equation of y = 13 010x + 10 419 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of danshensu was 99.40% with RSD = 0.30% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used as quality control method of the preparation.
