大学新生面临很多适应的问题,它并不是短暂的入学教育所能解决的,而是一个较为长期的过程。体育为大学生所喜闻乐见,除了健身作用外,对社会适应能力的提高也具有良好的促进作用。因此,本研究以体育为素材,开展体验式教学实验研究,“做中学”。针对大学新生社会适应能力现状,确立教育主题,促进了课堂内外的统一。并通过教学点和观测点的建立,加强了教学环节的联系,建立科学合理评价体系,旨在系统地并有针对性地培养大学新生的社会适应能力。这种新型的教育模式具有涉及面广、可操作性强等特点,对大学新生社会能力的发展成效显著,具有较高的推广价值。
Freshmen face many problems of adaptation. It is not a solution to short-term entrance education but a relatively long-term process. Physical education for college students love to see, in addition to fitness, but also to enhance the ability to adapt to society also has a good role in promoting. Therefore, this study takes sports as a material, and conducts experiential teaching experimental research, “doing high school ”. In view of the current situation of college freshmen’s social adaptability, the educational theme was established and the unification within and outside the classroom was promoted. Through the establishment of teaching points and observation points, the teaching links are strengthened, and a scientific and reasonable evaluation system is established to systematically and pertinently cultivate the freshmen’s social adaptability. This new type of education has many characteristics such as broad coverage and strong operability. It has significant effect on the social development of university freshmen and has high promotion value.
