本文研究了Mo-0.5%Ti合金板施加扩散结合型的抗氧化涂层及红外辐射涂层。抗氧化涂层可保护基体在1500℃短时间使用和在1750℃瞬间使用。红外辐射涂层可以提高材料表面红外波段的全辐射性能和特定波段(波长为1.7~2.8μm)的红外辐射性能(辐射率ε≥0.9)。研究并测定了该涂层的一些性能,如涂层的静态抗氧化性能、在200~1600℃温度区间的拉伸强度及延伸率。涂层在高温区(900~1700℃)的红外全辐射率及MoSi_2涂层在1.7~2.8μm特定红外波段的平均辐射率与温度的关系。
In this paper, Mo-0.5% Ti alloy plate diffusion-bonded anti-oxidation coating and infrared radiation coating. Anti-oxidation coating can protect the substrate at 1500 ℃ for a short period of use and at 1750 ℃ instant use. Infrared radiation coating can improve the total radiation performance of the material in the infrared band and the infrared radiation performance (emissivity ε≥0.9) in a specific wavelength band (wavelength of 1.7 ~ 2.8μm). Some properties of the coating, such as the static anti-oxidation property of the coating, the tensile strength and the elongation at 200 ~ 1600 ℃, were studied and measured. The relationship between the infrared emissivity of the coating in the high temperature range (900 ~ 1700 ℃) and the average emissivity of the MoSi_2 coating in the specific infrared band of 1.7 ~ 2.8μm and the temperature.
