研究了锑系和钛系催化剂对热收缩膜用聚酯合成工艺的影响,以及共聚单体1,4-环已二甲醇(CHDM)、二甘醇(DEG)和间苯二甲酸(IPA)对热收缩膜用聚酯的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)、熔点(T_m)、结晶性能、热稳定性和聚酯热收缩膜性能的影响。研究结果表明,合成热收缩膜用聚酯宜采用锑系催化剂;热收缩膜用聚酯的T_g和T_m与共聚单体的种类及其添加量有关;共聚单体对热收缩膜用聚酯的结晶性能影响较大,但对其热稳定性影响不大。
The effects of antimony and titanium catalysts on the synthesis of polyester films for heat shrinkable films were investigated. The effects of comonomers such as CHDM, DEG and IPA, On the glass transition temperature (T_g), melting point (T_m), crystallinity, thermal stability and polyester shrink film properties of the polyester for heat shrinkable film.
