针对陶瓷窑炉温度控制系统非线性、大时滞、模型复杂的特点,以及目前控制效果中存在调节时间长、超调量大等问题,以串级控制为主要的控制方法,分别提出了主控制器为PID控制、Smith预估控制和神经网络PID 3种控制算法。用MATLAB软件分别对这3种算法在不同扰动的情况下做出了对比仿真,并对仿真结果做了分析。结果表明:串级PID控制的控制效果不太理想;串级Smith预估控制的控制效果有待提高;而串级神经网络PID控制方法有较好的控制性能。
Aiming at the problems of non-linearity, large time-delay and complicated model of temperature control system in ceramic kilns, as well as the problems of long adjustment time and large overshoot in control effects, cascade control is the main control method. The controller is PID control, Smith predictive control and neural network PID 3 kinds of control algorithms. Using MATLAB software to make comparative simulation of these three algorithms under different disturbance, and analyze the simulation results. The results show that the control effect of cascaded PID control is not ideal; the control effect of cascade Smith predictive control needs to be improved; while cascade neural network PID control method has better control performance.
