本文介绍了几种车间空气监测的采样新技术。包括个体采样方法、固体吸附剂采样法、双重采样法及颗粒分级采样法。其中第一种,作者阐述了个体采样泵及被动式采样器,包括扩散型及渗透型两种。第二个问题中,作者评述了美国国立职业安全与卫生研究所(NIOSH)采用的12种固体吸附剂采集25种有机溶剂,以及国内用椰壳活性炭采集烷烃、芳香烃、卤烃及酮等20余种有机溶剂的情况。本文第三段综述了气体及颗粒状物质共存时,用活性炭管及纤维滤膜夹联合采样器一次分别采样的方法。最后,本文介绍了用撞击式分级采样器及旋风式分级采样器对尘粒进行颗粒分级采样的技术。
This article describes several new sampling techniques for air monitoring in the shop floor. Including individual sampling method, solid adsorbent sampling method, double sampling method and particle grading sampling method. The first of these, the author describes the individual sampling pump and passive sampler, including diffuse and infiltration of two. In the second question, the authors reviewed 12 organic adsorbents used by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) for the collection of 25 organic solvents and domestic use of coconut shell activated carbon for the recovery of alkanes, aromatics, halocarbons and ketones More than 20 kinds of organic solvents situation. The third paragraph of this article reviews the gas and particulate matter coexistence, with activated carbon tube and fiber filter clip sampler combined with a sample. Finally, this paper introduces the technology of grading the dust particle by the graded sampler and the cyclone graded sampler.
