本文介绍了基桩无损检测的机械阻抗法。该法是用电磁激振器对桩头施加激振力,用速度传感器测量动态响应即振动速度,用X—Y记录仪自动记录随频率f变化的机械阻抗曲线,即f—V/F曲线。通过对该曲线的分析和判读即可检查桩身混凝土质量和完整性,估计桩的承载力。本文还对该法的基本原理,激振和测量系统以及桥梁现场试验结果作了说明。
This article describes the mechanical impedance method of non-destructive testing of piles. The method is the use of electromagnetic exciter on the pile head excitation force, the speed sensor to measure the dynamic response of the vibration velocity, X-Y recorder automatically changes with the frequency f mechanical impedance curve that f-V / F curve . Through the analysis and interpretation of the curve to check the quality and integrity of the pile of concrete, to estimate the bearing capacity of the pile. The article also describes the basic principles of the law, excitation and measurement systems and bridge field test results are described.
