七十年代,丹麦DISA公司的垂直分型自动高压造型机具有高效、高自动化的特点。该机六工位的控制是由傍磁电机驱动机械分度定位,以凸轮控制四组液压换向阀。但由于机械分度定位比较复杂,以后在生产中改成六只限位开关圆周布置,以傍磁制动电机驱动一转动撞块,每转动60度为一工位,再由两组凸轮分别控制气动换向阀和液动换向阀组的瞬时位置,实现自动循环。利用电器代替了机械分度,大大简化了机构。但是由于使用了傍磁制动电机,当造型机以4~6min~(-1)的频次运转时,电机平均每分钟就要启动和制动24~36次。同时,由于造型机是连续作业,因此极易升温发热,进而烧坏绝缘层,这一现象在夏季环境温度高时尤为严重。
