以某电力企业为研究对象,采用行为事件访谈法,从建模、培训需求分析、制定员工培训与开发计划以及进行培训效果评估等环节出发,构建了基于胜任力模型的培训开发体系。
Taking an electric power enterprise as the research object and the behavioral event interview method, this paper constructs a training and development system based on the competency model from the aspects of modeling, training demand analysis, formulating employee training and development plan and evaluating the training effect.
