作者对48例卒中后部分性癫痫发作患者进行了使原先的神经机能障碍恶化的有关因素的研究。患者无癫痫(EP)病史,在急性卒中后开始或一个月内产生迟发性 EP。将其中10例迟发性 EP 后症状加重持续1周以上者划为第一组,余38例为第2组。第一组10例中8例为缺血性卒中。后遗症:1例右轻偏瘫,2例左侧轻偏瘫,左侧轻偏瘫同时感觉减退或伴发半侧忽视者各2例;结构性失用、感觉性失语或失语、失读伴偏盲各1例。卒中及发生癫痫的平均时间为7.6±6月。癫痫类型6例为部分运动型发
Forty-eight patients with post-stroke partial seizures were studied for factors that worsen previous neurological dysfunction. Patients with no history of epilepsy (EP) developed delayed EP within one month or after acute stroke. Among them, 10 cases of delayed EP after symptoms continued for more than 1 week were classified as the first group, the remaining 38 cases for the second group. The first group of 10 cases, 8 cases of ischemic stroke. Sequelae: 1 case of right hemiparesis, 2 cases of left hemiparesis, left hemiparesis with decreased sensation or 2 cases with heminary neglect each; structural failure, sensory aphasia or aphasia, missed reading with hemianopia 1 example.
