Pre-emptive learning is to guide students to learn self-learning and learning content before learning new knowledge. Effective pre-learning, can increase the enthusiasm of students to participate and enhance students’ learning ability. Professor Guo Sile put forward the principle of “simple, fundamental and open” to pre-learning: “Simple ” means that the starting point should be small, the link should be concise, and it is beneficial for more students to participate in classroom activities; “Fundamentals” is the core, that is, important and valuable knowledge or problems, which embodies the heavy and difficult teaching; “Openness” means the setting of questions should have the space for thinking, which can stimulate the students’ thinking and produce the collision of thinking , Deepen the learning content. Pre-instructional thinking in SI teaching is reflected in how to design “simple, fundamental and open” problems to guide students to learn how to understand by taking the third lesson of People’s Learning PEP on “The world is wonderful because of life” as an example .
