中国农村卫生协会第二次代表大会1992年12月6日～9日在北京召开,会议听取了顾英奇会长代表第一届理事会所作的工作报告,选举了中国农村卫协第二届理事。顾英奇同志当选为中国农村卫生协会第二届理事会会长,张自宽、迟宝兰、陆忠、彭瑞骢、田景福、赵福田当选为副会长。中国农村卫生协会自1986年成立以来,组织建设不断完善,全国29个省(市)、自治区均成立了省 The Second Congress of the China Rural Health Association was held in Beijing from December 6 to 9, 1992. The meeting heard a report on the work done by President Gu Yingqi on behalf of the first board of directors and elected the second member of China Rural Welfare Association. Comrade Gu Yingqi was elected as the chairman of the second council of the China Rural Health Association. Zhang Zikuan, Chi Baolan, Lu Zhong, Peng Ruijun, Tian Jingfu, and Zhao Futian were elected as the vice presidents. Since the establishment of the China Rural Health Association in 1986, the organization and construction have been continuously improved, and 29 provinces (cities) and autonomous regions have established provinces across the country.
