工业革命使建筑业由手工技艺建造向工业机械化的生产建造转变,数字信息技术又推动着工业机械化、标准化的建造工艺向数控制造工艺的方向转变。建筑业与工业制造业的关系越来越紧密,工业制造业中的精度概念在建筑领域也就显得越来越重要。本文阐述了精度的相关概念.建筑精度与建筑品质的关系.分析了影响建筑精度的相关因素.结合韦伯定律等知觉规律探讨了控制建筑精度的方法途径。
The industrial revolution shifted the construction industry from artisanal construction to industrial mechanization, and digital information technology in turn pushed industrial mechanization and standardized construction technology to the direction of numerical control manufacturing. The relationship between construction and industrial manufacturing is getting closer and closer. The concept of precision in industrial manufacturing is also becoming more and more important in the field of construction. This paper describes the related concepts of accuracy, the relationship between building accuracy and building quality, and analyzes the related factors that affect the accuracy of building.According to Weber’s law and other perceptual laws, the ways and means of controlling the building’s accuracy are discussed.
