武术伴随着4000多年的中华文明流传至今,是一项极具中华民族特色的传统体育项目。要使得作为中华民族重要文化传承的武术运动能被更好的继承和发展,首要的就是挑选出具有武术天赋的青少年并对其进行早期开发与训练,使其能够保持较高的竞技水平。本文结合青少年的生理特点,从弹跳力训练的最佳时机、弹跳力在武术中的作用以及如何针对弹跳力进行科学的训练三个方面简要地对青少年武术运动员弹跳力训练展开分析和探讨。
Chinese martial arts accompanied by 4000 years of Chinese civilization has spread so far, is a very traditional Chinese sports characteristics of the sport. To make Wushu, an important cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, be better inherited and developed, the first priority is to select young people with the talent of martial arts and develop them early enough so that they can maintain a high competitive level. Based on the physiological characteristics of adolescents, the paper analyzes and discusses the jumping ability training of young martial arts athletes in three aspects: the best timing of jumping training, the role of jumping skills in martial arts and the scientific training of jumping skills.
