在现代企业中,总是有少数员工在创造价值过程中起着极其重要的作用,他们所拥有的人力资本即为企业核心人力资本。核心人力资本在动态经济中能实现边际报酬递增形态的生产力,而一般人力资本的生产力则呈边际报酬递减形态。所以企业核心人力资本的所有者一般由三类人构成:一是对企业资本最具支配权并使资源配置最有效的企业家,二是高级管理人员和少数经营骨干,三是技术创新者。
In modern enterprises, there are always a few employees who play an extremely important role in creating value. The human capital they have is the core human capital of the company. The core human capital can realize the increasing marginal returns productivity in the dynamic economy, while the general human capital productivity shows the decreasing marginal returns. Therefore, the owner of the enterprise’s core human capital is generally composed of three types of people: one is the entrepreneur who has the most control over the capital of the enterprise and the most effective allocation of resources, the second is the senior managerial personnel and a few operating backbones, and the third is the technological innovator.
