本文从摩擦学角度分析了传统的橡胶三角带,以及新近研制的由高模量、高强度的聚合物强力层和高弹性、高摩擦的敷面层贴合而成的平型传动带的摩擦磨损特性。论证了新的平型传动带具有传动能力大、精度高、效率高、使用寿命长、节能(节电)效果显著等优点,值得推广应用。文中还就国内各类动力机械上应用已取得的经济效益以及不同工况下的试验研究作了分析,并按国内产品规格提出了比较简便的设计计算方法(参见附录)。
In this paper, the tribological characteristics of the traditional rubber V-belt, as well as the recent development of a high-strength, high-strength polymer layer and high elasticity, high friction surface coating of flat belts bonded friction and wear characteristic. It is demonstrated that the new flat belt has the advantages of large transmission capacity, high precision, high efficiency, long service life and remarkable energy saving (power saving) effect, which is worth popularizing and applying. The paper also made an analysis of the economic benefits obtained from the application of various types of power machinery in China and the experimental research under different working conditions, and proposed a relatively simple design and calculation method according to the domestic product specifications (see appendix).
