北京民营科技实业的发展一直走在全国前列,1993年民营科技企业已达1万多家,技工贸总收入120亿元,在企业数量和效益上占了两个全国的1/5。北京民营科技企业的迅速发展引起了全社会广泛的关注,身为北京科学学研究中心副研究员彭树堂对民营科技进行了十多年的研究,一直参与有关民营科技的政策和法规制订工作,目前他在繁忙的工作中接受了本报记者的采访。
The development of private technology industries in Beijing has always been at the forefront of the whole country. In 1993, there were over 10,000 private technology enterprises and a total income of 12 billion yuan in technology, industry and trade, accounting for one fifth of the two in the country.
