资金是企业生存和发展的血液,是企业从事生产经营活动的基本条件,所以管好用好资金已成为企业管理中的重要工作。我厂从1995年开始在全厂推行目标资金管理。由厂长亲自挂帅,由总会计师分管,由企管办、财务处、经营管理处三个职能部门共同研究具体实施程序。为强化管理堵塞经营管理中出现的漏洞,处理管理工作中的各种工作偏差,特成立了经营管理处由总会计师分管。推行目标资金管理是全方位、全员、全过程的工作,必须充分发动群众,层层统一思想、提高认识。为此,我们召开了全厂班组长以上干部会
