有限单元法是分析机器人触觉传感器介质力学行为的最有效方法之一.本文将平面排列触觉传感器介质简化为一个有限体积的砖形模型,用三维有限元法计算了它承受不同形状平底压头作用时的应变场.用计算结果绘出的应变等值线图清楚地描述了接触区的形状,对传感器设计者具有重要的参考价值.
The finite element method is one of the most effective methods to analyze the mechanical behavior of robotic tactile sensors.In this paper, the planar array of tactile sensor media is simplified to a finite volume brick model, which is calculated by three-dimensional finite element method The strain field plotted by the calculation results clearly describes the shape of the contact area and is of great value to the sensor designer.
