“七五”期间,我院寄生虫学教研室与中国预防医学科学院寄生虫病研究所免疫诊断室协同承担的“七五”国家医学重点科技攻关项目“血吸虫病新型诊断技术的探讨”已经完成,并已向卫生部主持的验收委员会汇报,获得好评。两个单位共同建立了抗日本血吸虫成虫表膜和/或体部、抗肠相关抗原(GAA)和抗可溶性虫卵抗原(SEA)的单克隆抗体61株。其中一株抗表膜单抗8SE_4,用Dot-EUSA法,检测病人血清中循环表膜抗原已获成功,国内属首次报道,此法可用于血吸虫病诊断。
