Although the United States first brought the third gender to the law, the legal battle around the rights of third parties has already started in the world. The rights and interests of this group are gradually being met with respect and respect. Since 2005, India has endorsed the dilemma of the Black Sea families in India by representing “third” groups on the passport with “E”. At the same time, the plight of the third gender groups, who repeatedly refused medical treatment, schooling and employment, has also been improved. In November 2009, India added the “Other” option to the gender column of the voter registration form. This means that the right to vote for the third gender group is guaranteed.
