The article introduces the manufacturing process of 0.03mm thick silicon steel strip with good electromagnetic performance of B_8 = 18300 Gauss, P_ (15/400) = 12.6 W / kg and Hc = 0.3 amp./cm. This process not only simplifies the cold-rolling and intermediate annealing processes, but also solves the problem of bond deformation caused by the high annealing temperature of the finished steel strip due to the greatly reduced annealing temperature of the finished product.
