目的全面了解宜宾县居民食用盐状况,为持续消除碘缺乏病及防治工作的决策提供科学依据。方法根据《四川省碘盐监测方案(试行)》的要求进行监测,2007-2011年每年在全县9个乡镇36个行政村每村随机抽取8户居民家中的食用盐。结果 2007-2011年宜宾县碘盐覆盖率在98.61%~100%之间,平均99.03%;碘盐合格率在93.06%~98.94%之间,平均96.08%;合格碘盐食用率在93.06%~97.57%之间,平均95.14%。结论 2007-2011年该县居民合格碘盐食用率每年均达到碘缺乏病消除标准。
Objective To comprehensively understand the status of salt consumption in Yibin residents and provide a scientific basis for the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders and prevention and control. Methods The monitoring was conducted according to the requirements of “Sichuan Province Iodized Salt Monitoring Program (Trial)”. From 2007 to 2011, edible salt in 8 households was randomly taken from villages of 36 administrative villages in 9 towns and 9 towns in the county. Results The coverage rates of iodized salt in Yibin County between 2007 and 2011 ranged from 98.61% to 100% with an average of 99.03%. The passing rates of iodized salt ranged from 93.06% to 98.94% with an average of 96.08% 97.57%, with an average of 95.14%. Conclusions 2007 to 2011, the county residents qualified iodized salt rate of iodine deficiency disease every year to meet the elimination criteria.
