本文系作者经过两年半时间广泛深入的调查研究后,对35年来的建筑活动进行科学分析,疏理脉络,重新认识和初步评价的成果。这一工作本身是极其有价值的,它对于形成中国自己的建筑理论具有基础性的作用。在我国四个现代化建设进程中,急需明确建筑业在面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的形势下,“如何前进?从哪里起步?”的问题。认真总结35年来得失的经验和教训将有助于迎接挑战,准备起飞。本刊发表这一初步成果供读者参考,并期望引起各方面同志进一步的研究和讨论。
After two and a half years of extensive investigation and research, the author has conducted a scientific analysis of construction activities in the past 35 years, and has made a thorough understanding of the results of the preliminary evaluation. This work itself is extremely valuable and it has a fundamental role in shaping China’s own architectural theory. In the process of the four modernizations in our country, it is urgent to clarify the question of “how to proceed? where to start?” under the situation facing the modernization, the world, and the future. Seriously summing up the experience and lessons learned in 35 years will help meet the challenges and prepare to take off. This publication publishes this preliminary result for readers’ reference and hopes to arouse further research and discussion by various comrades.
