建立SD大鼠双侧下颌骨颊舌向贯穿的不完全骨折实验动物模型,20只SD大鼠随机分为吲哚美辛给药组与生理盐水对照组。术后连续给药5d,分别于给术后6、8、11、15、22d处死大鼠并取双侧下颌骨,进行HE染色,总胶原特殊染色及免疫组化染色,并进行对比观察。结果:组织学观察结果显示实验组早期炎症细胞减少,骨小梁出现时间延迟,在早期实验组总胶原明显低于对照组,但后期未见明显差
To establish an experimental animal model of incomplete fracture of buccal and lingual mandibular mandibula of SD rats, 20 SD rats were randomly divided into indomethacin-treated group and saline control group. The rats were sacrificed on the 6th, 8th, 11th, 15th, and 22th day after operation for 5 days. The bilateral mandibles were harvested, and HE staining, special collagen staining and immunohistochemistry staining were performed and compared. Results: The results of histological observation showed that the number of inflammatory cells and trabecular trabeculae in the experimental group decreased significantly in the early experimental group, while the total collagen in the early experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, but there was no obvious difference in the later stage
